How do we spark the conversation about what is really important in life?

Sharing The Luckiest Penny with your children is a great way to start!

The Luckiest Penny is the story of two rare 1943 pennies. One penny remains out of circulation, full of himself and selfish, caring only about how much money he is worth. The other penny decides to experience living and along the way discovers what really matters in life.

This book was written to give children a healthy set of values that will assist them on their journey in life. I want them to remember what is really important so that they don’t get discouraged by life’s ups and downs.

The book’s genre is a fable/allegory and the illustrations by Ernest Socolov, transport the reader into the alternative world of a penny who is tarnished and yet loved!

An all original, musical interactive production is being created and produced for The Luckiest Penny. The show should be ready in November 2009!

"This is a children's book--but it is also an inspirational book for people of all ages. Especially during this time of economic pressure and disillusionment, this beautifully illustrated book with it's message of self-worth, gives us all something we desperately need--a fresh look at values and hope!"

"The Luckiest Penny is far more than a standard kid's book. Intended for both kids and adults, to be read together, it will foster super conversations on the relationship of money and self-worth, without being overbearingly didactic, instructional, or just plain bossing around and ordering a kid how to feel. It will be specially appealing for men who find themselves tongue-tied when talking to a pint-sized creature whose world-view might as well be a different planet."
